Signup for Next Round - Members

Instructions:

• Click in the box for each player - type a few letters of the LAST NAME to jump in the list.
• Fee is usually $50.00 per player.  Please pay during check-in.
• Signups after noon two days prior to the round may be placed on a waiting list.
• If you are registering more than four players, submit another form.
• If you would like to sign up a guest who is neither a member nor on the member waiting list, please contact the Tournament Chairman directly by phone or e-mail.
